Mick Moore Paralowie	Sydney, I am emailing to say thank you for the repair work that you carried out on my computer over the weekend. You may recall that I dropped the computer off on Saturday morning with the fault being that it was slow to initially start up, if it would start at all. To have it ready for collection by the afternoon of the following day exceeded all of my expectations. It was a speedy repair at a very competitive cost, so once again thank you.

Jan Para Hills	Mark, I just wanted to thank you for the help you gave me on the hone the other day regarding my printer.. it just didn't occur to me that it could be the printer head that was cloogged.. and your brief explanation was all it took, and now my printer is working properly again.. you have saved me so much time and energy by your suggestion - I had run out of ideas.. I figured the cartridge simpply could not be empty as it has only been in situ for about 6 weeks, and I rarely do any printing, so in my head I thought maybe it had dried out due to having the heater on over the cold days.. so many many thanks - I am so grateful to you for your advice and expertise..
